Love & Connection

Rituals in Bhakti Marga

Take a little journey with Vandhanananda, our International Head Chanting Teacher Trainer. Along the way, you’ll be introduced to temple prayers, see the beauty of puja and learn more about how rituals help you cultivate a living relationship with the Divine.

THE LOVER AND THE BELOVED

Engage in Worship

As Paramahamsa Vishwananda often says, love is the highest worship. You will notice that in Bhakti Marga we put an extraordinary amount of love and attention to detail into every ritual. For us, ritual is not just an empty ceremony, but a chance to encounter God and express our love towards Him.

In Bhakti Marga we teach rituals such as simple puja, abhishekam or yajna, as well as different forms of traditional Vedic chanting.

Ceremonial worship

Offer acts of devotion. God is unlimited. He hears our call.

Devotional service done to the deity invites divine presence. We can enjoy a loving relationship with God here and now. We can feel His presence and taste the bliss of bhakti.

Vedic chanting

Sanskrit is grammatically pure and divine. It has been used in prayer rituals for thousands of years. Chanting the Sanksrit names and auspicious qualities of God draws Him closer to you.

Most commonly chanted prayers in Bhakti Marga include Vishnu Sahasranama and Pancha Suktam.
