Having controlled all the senses, one should abide in the state of meditation, having Me (Krishna) as the supreme goal.’

Ancient meets modern

All yoga & meditation techniques in Bhakti Marga have ancient origins while being adapted to modern times.

Most of those practices are meant for daily individual practice in order to bring one closer to the Divine.

Blessing of the Masters

Given to the world by Mahavatar Babaji & Paramahamsa Vishwananda they carry the blessings of the Masters.

Inner transformation

When practised with devotion those techniques transform us on physical, mental and spiritual level.

Experience meditation

Sit back and relax. In this video, Aksharananda, one of our Yoga & Meditation Teachers, briefly explains what meditation is and how it can help you get closer to God. He also guides you through two short meditations so you can experience it for yourself.

We Practice

Paramahamsa Vishwananda often says that the most important pilgrimage that one needs to make is the one within: from mind to heart.

Yoga & Meditation practices taught in Bhakti Marga and given to the world by Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda, are designed to help us in this inner journey by transforming the impurities of our minds and allowing our true divine nature to shine – so that we can meet the Divine within.

Atma Kriya Yoga

In Depth

Atma Kriya Yoga awakens the love relationship between us and God. Each technique cultivates a different type of bhakti and awakens the divinity which is deep inside all of us.

Grace of the Masters

The Shaktipat initiation unlocks the full potential of the techniques. It also helps to dissolve negativity so you can go beyond judgment and find unconditional love.

Mahavatar Babaji is the father of all kriya-yoga lineages and the guru of Paramahamsa Vishwananda. The blessing and grace of all the kriya-yoga Masters is infused into the student through the Shaktipat initiation, while devotional practice activates the blessing.
