Atma Kriya Yoga Course

Atma Kriya Yoga is a beautiful daily meditative practice given to the world by Mahavatar Babaji and Paramahamsa Vishwananda. It consists of 8 spiritual techniques, such as mantras, pranayamas and mudras, which have just one purpose: to awaken your soul’s connection with the Divine and open your heart to unconditional Love – the only power which transforms all.

Through the Grace of the Kriya Masters, the ancient Shaktipat initiation in Atma Kriya Yoga unlocks the potential of these advanced techniques so the student can rapidly advance toward God-Realization and attain true freedom on the spiritual path.

Atma Kriya Yoga Course usually lasts two full days. It is obligatory to attend the whole course in order to receive initiation and get full knowledge of how to practice it later in your daily life.
